I believe every person is capable of living their fullest life, but we often need guidance as we learn to navigate difficult paths. My role is to help you unlock your true potential, give you a safe + welcoming space to become your authentic self, and help you build skills to overcome obstacles standing in the way of living your truth and the life you deserve.

LGBTQ+ Community

Many of our past experiences, positive and negative, have shaped the lens in how we view the world around us. Overtime, these negative experiences make it difficult to feel we can safely navigate the world around us. My approach to helping you heal through trauma is to provide a non-judgmental space to discuss these events, explore the emotions attached to them, and explore alternate views of self to overcome, grow, and health from these experiences.

Facing your fears is a brave obstacle to embark upon, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together we can examine how negative thoughts contribute to your specific anxieties and the behaviors surrounding these difficult situations. I can help teach you coping skills to challenge these thoughts and help you to approach these situations in a healthier perspective to help you resume the activities you enjoy fearlessly and confidently.
